Oty Light

OTY LIGHT is an Italian manufacturer with an architectural and minimalist DNA.

In a very short time, the brothers Andrea and Simone imagined a whole range of invisible lighting with perfect integration. The range of POP spots is still the reference of the recessed without flange. Specialist in interior lighting, OTY LIGHT now offers a decorative range with modern and refined forms, where light remains the heart of the object. OTY LIGHT is a pure design experience, a journey into architecture. A little OTY, a lot of effect!

A little bit of history…

Oty is a student dream made by two brothers on a winter night, between a math book and a civil code.

On the walls they drew forms and ideas that had to be realized, dreams of light that transformed matter into volumes; they received student friends: “What funny brothers, they are not normal…” most thought. But at the end of this experience the «virus» of light had contaminated the two heroic students, now called doctors: «thank you brothers Pamio, you made us share your passion of the light».

Andrea and Simone , two brothers, a symbiosis. Sometimes words can be an obstacle, when a glance is enough. These rare connections, in which thoughts travel, make the two brothers sometimes arrive at the office dressed in the same Lacoste polo of the same colour. An inexplicable tune for those who do not know these two brothers, their lives and their travels.

Good or bad, everything in Oty was born thanks to their agreement: «The light is not an industry with many directors without responsibility. It is rather a work of couturier, strong personalities, who assemble values, concepts and experiences around ideas linked together. The future is always the result of these ideas being realized in the best way.”

But Oty is not just a light experience and pure design to share, a journey into architecture and sustainable technology. It is also the consequence of a father’s love for his sons, the love of Eugenio who has turned into a corporate legacy.
