Step 1: Making an appointment
Several solutions are available to you. Either you’ve pushed open the door of one of our showrooms in Aix-en-Provence (13), Sainte-Maxime (83) or Avignon (84), or you’ve filled in the contact form on our website.
The designer at the showroom closest to your home will arrange a meeting with you to better understand your needs, find out more about your design wishes and provide you with a customized solution. During this first meeting, our designer will define with you :
- Your layout requirements,
- Your expectations in terms of decoration,
- Your technical constraints,
- Your lead times,
- The budget for your bathroom project.
At the end of this initial discussion, the designer in charge of your project can begin the study and research phase.

Step 2: Presenting your project
In a second meeting, our designer will present a solution for the layout and decoration of your bathroom project. Most of the time, this is an intermediary stage that allows us to cross-reference the customer’s initial desires with the inspirations of our teams.
During this appointment, our designer will present you with a complete file comprising :
A 3D layout proposal,
A photo file featuring our selection of products,
Samples for choosing materials and colors,
A cost estimate.
This stage is essential to the continuation of your bathroom project. It’s the moment when you define the layout of your bathroom, choose its ambience, materials and colors. Of course, the Hydropolis designer will listen to your thoughts and doubts, and it will be possible to make changes to your bathroom project. That’s the art of customization at Hydropolis!
Step 3: Visit your bathroom project site
When necessary, our designer visits your project site to take the final measurements of the bathroom you want to fit out. This third step is also essential to ensure that you don’t make any mistakes regarding the products to be ordered and the volume of work to be carried out. If you’re also looking for craftsmen to carry out your construction or renovation work, this appointment will enable us to offer you a selection of trusted professionals. They will be able to come and assess the work to be carried out and provide you with a precise estimate.
Step 4: Order validation and lead times
You’ve decided on the layout and ambience of your next bathroom, the materials to be ordered and you’ve found your craftsmen with our designer bathroom design teams? Then we’ll send your order to our French, Italian, German or English partners for production. Once the orders have been placed, we can agree with you and the craftsmen on a schedule for starting your work.
Step 5: Delivery and start of work
This is the final stage of your bathroom project. The work is about to begin. Once your order has been received by our logistics team, our delivery department will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Depending on the size of your order, delivery will be made directly by Hydropolis teams or by one of our partners. You can then notify the craftsmen selected to carry out your project and inform them of the availability of the products at your home. Then the work can begin! Throughout the project, our designer will monitor its progress and review milestones with you, right up to the delivery of your made-to-measure bathroom.
